We offer numerous billing options to help you better manage your IT budget.  You can purchase discounted Service Rate Packages, Maintenance Packages, or we can send a monthly invoice for services billed by the hour.  We also offer our customers leasing options for products such as laptops & desktop computers, file servers and other computer products.  We can also bundle your lease with a maintenance plan and keep you covered year round.  

Discounted Service Blocks – saves $150!

Service Block Packages are a great way to save money because it discounts services you’ll likely use anyway and includes our priority attention when the need for our service arises.  Service Blocks are simple and save you money!  Here’s how Service Block Packages work:

1.) Purchase a 10-hour block of our service for $950.  Standard hourly rate is $110.

2.) We account for hours spent as they accumulate and when your block is down to a few hours remaining, we’ll offer you another one.  No expiration date.

Our service blocks are a way to ‘GO GREEN’ – we send fewer invoices, you write fewer checks.

Our staff of trained equipment specialists can configure laptops, desktops, and servers to fit your needs.  We will prepare an equipment quote with purchase and lease pricing options.  If you decide that leasing is right for your purchase, we will ask you to complete a short form and return to us.  Contact us by contact form or call (216)382-4900.

2. Start on your Own – For those that know what equipment and options they want

First, configure your computer equipment using one of our system configurators (see links below).  Select equipment and options, add your items to cart, checkout and submit your order.  You won’t enter any payment information.  We receive the order and contact you to discuss payment options.
