If you’re experiencing problems with your computer, or network, our technicians can connect to you remotely and get started on your issues right away. You must have an internet connection for our remote service to work but if not, we’re just a phone call away at (216)382-4900.
How does it work?
1 – Call our Help Desk at (216)382-4900.
2 – We’ll tell you which icon to click below. Simply left-click the icon we tell you, save it to your Desktop, then double-click to run it (and “allow”, if prompted). Once the program opens, double-click on the left side where noted and you’ll be directed to the appropriate technician’s computer. Let the remote session begin!
